These terms govern your use of jiajiriuajiri.com and the Jiajiri, Uajiri 2026 participant portal, operated by Pawa Consultants Limited in collaboration with Adhahabi Group Limited ("we," "us"). By accessing the site, applying to the program, or using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or portal.

Jiajiri, Uajiri 2026 is open to Tanzanian graduates seeking to start or grow a business, as well as approved mentors and volunteers who support them. Admission is not automatic: applications are reviewed, and submitting one does not guarantee a place in the program.

The program offers business bootcamps, mentorship matching, business-registration support, weekly check-ins, and incubation support for selected participants. Program content, schedules, and available support may change as the program runs, and we'll communicate material changes to affected participants.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or misuse the platform.

Participants, mentors, and volunteers are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith with each other, with program staff, and through the portal. We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who harasses others, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise abuses the platform.

You retain ownership of the business ideas, plans, and materials you submit through the program. We use them only to deliver mentorship, track milestones, and administer the program, not to claim any ownership stake in your business, and not to share them outside the program without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Participation in Jiajiri, Uajiri 2026 does not guarantee business success, funding, employment, or any specific result. Mentorship, training, and incubation support are provided on a best-effort basis; ultimate business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

The Jiajiri, Uajiri branding, site design, and program materials belong to Pawa Consultants Limited and Adhahabi Group Limited, or are used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for purposes outside the program without our written consent.

We provide the site and program "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the portal, or participation in the program.

The site may reference or link to partner organizations. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or organizations we don't control.

We may update these terms as the program evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site or portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
